Lives and works in Taichung

Hsu Hom initially worked as a freelance illustrator, with his works appearing in newspapers, magazines, and books. He has also travelled across Taiwan as an illustrator-in-residence. He now primarily uses painting and ceramics as his creative mediums, centring his work around the themes of monsters and everyday landscapes. His pieces are characterised by a whimsical and warm style, making them highly sought after by collectors. Recently, he has been invited to collaborate with renowned public spaces such as "Shin Kong Mitsukoshi Department Store," "Kaohsiung Hanshin Dome Department Store," "Taichung National Opera House," and "Hong Kong YOHO MALL Xing Dian," among others, to develop large-scale installation artworks.
